Leadership Advisory Team
An appointed Leadership Advisory Team, made up of climate leaders from public agencies, academia, nonprofit and community-based organizations, serves as the primary advisory body for the Collaborative and makes recommendations pertaining to the operational, strategic direction, and financial sustainability of the Collaborative. The LAT will work in close collaboration with the Collaborative Project Management Team to advance critical decisions of the Collaborative and will receive support from the County staff and the Collaborative consultant teams.
