The Resilience Hubs Work Group serves as a countywide collaborative advancing equitable, community-driven resilience hubs through shared learning, coordinated planning, and cross-sector partnerships. Together, members are shaping a connected network of hubs that enhance safety, sustainability, and everyday well-being for all residents.
